A good reason NOT to apply to join (even if you want to push to 1M+)

Let me cut to the chase about your decision to apply to come and join the other smart ambitious men in my two groups who are ruthlessly pushing to 1M+…

See, right now, there is a good reason NOT to apply for a seat around the table…

A very good reason.

One that’s been there since day dot.

And one that’s now more important than ever.

It’s this:

If you’re on the bones of your arse, do not apply.

Seriously.

This is not cheap.

And I will refuse to take food off your table.

… Even if long term it will get you exactly what you want.

Instead I’d urge you to keep reading these emails, keep taking the insight and keep doing what needs to be done.

If the messages I get in my inbox are a measuring stick, these emails will get you closer to where you want to be than anything else.

However…

If you’re not dead broke…

… And if scaling to £1M+ without an army of employees is something you want this year…

Then there are three very good reasons to consider applying today.

Reason No 1. Employees Are Getting Worse.

Now I’m not just talking about work ethic and reliability.

Which from what I’m witnessing has fallen off a cliff post-pandemic.

I’m talking cold hard cost.

Here’s the thing.

Employees will be more expensive that ever this year.

From April, minimum wage will be at around £22,000 a year.

That’s before you take into consideration that sooner rather than later, they will want more money – again.

It’s a cross that a few of us can afford to bear, especially right now and especially when most employees have never been more lazy, or work-shy.

Not to mention, of course, they’re only humans.

They get sick, take holidays, and rarely think for themselves…

… Which means despite shelling out BIG money, this year you will get little return.

The fact of the matter is, even if you could get free labour, on tap, that did what you asked when you asked it…

Bloat from bodies makes you slow and cumbersome.

Always.

And remember…

… As a rule and as you scale up, you’d be wise to keep your business interests LEAN and agile.

It means you can turn on a dime and in the blink of an eye.

Which makes your cash cow and second consideration for putting in an application today this:

Reason No 2. Automaton Is Easier Than Ever.

How many more sleepless nights, stressful days, or missed family events will you have?

And how long will you have to wait until it finally pays you what you know you deserve?

Truth is, many of the men inside my four walls are no spring chickens.

Before they decided to apply and join, they’d been in this game a while, and they’d had enough.

Enough of being overwhelmed.

Enough of being under-paid.

Enough of being under-appreciated.
