Seems Tuesday’s email on you and I being a direct result of our choices hit a nerve.
So much so it sparked this beauty of a comment from Simon D in Chester:
“Rubbish. What about kids, they don’t have a choice. I’m choosing to unsubscribe from your emails.”
I’ll address the comment in a minute, but first things first…
… It seems that Simon has only gone to prove my point about the state of dishonour among men today.
See, it’s been 48 hours and he’s still failed to click “unsubscribe” – despite publicly committing to cut the cord.
hmmm…
I mean, think about it…
… If he can’t follow through on even the smallest of choices, what hope does he have.
I think we can all agree his future is looking like a lamb to the slaughter.
Anyway – I manually unsubscribed him.
Plus I blacklisted his IP address so that he can’t see anything I do online.
That all said, he has a point about kids, so let me be crystal clear.
• Fucked up kids have an excuse.
• Fucked up men however do not.
Because the fact of the matter is:
… Fucked up men can make a choice to seek help.
… Fucked up men can make a choice to seek change.
.. And fucked up men can make a choice to seek higher standards.
After all, there has never been an age where so much information has been at the fingertips of men.
In fact, right now, Amazon has over 70,000 books to choose from on the topic “help for men.”
That’s over 10 million pages of information that will empower self-made men like you and I to protect themselves against the gravitational pull of fear and weakness.
In other words, men have no idea excuses for staying fucked up!
