Recently, I was on a website and was shocked that their contact form said this:
“If you have any questions, we would love to hear from you.”
I mean really…
Who wrote this dumb-fuckery??!?
Men like you and I have to be smarter!
You should ONLY want to hear from people who are qualified AND ready to buy.
Weirdos, wino’s and randoms can hit the bricks, and should not be encouraged to fill out forms or ask questions.
They should be actively repelled at all costs.
Plus, think about the psychology here.
The phrase “We would love to hear from you” sends the wrong message.
- It sounds desperate.
- It sounds needy.
- It sounds like begging.
Which right off the bat puts them in control NOT you.
A sure-fire way to kick any relationship off on the wrong foot.
In fact if you have pain in the arse customers right now, chances are it’s because at some point along the line you let them take control.
… And maybe that all started when they filled out your form online 😉
The point is this…
Good lead generation involves not just attracting leads and customers BUT keeping control of the power frame in the relationship too.
It not only makes men rich but stops them from being bent over the barrel in the process.
It’s the keys to the kingdom when it comes to growing without being overwhelmed and why the men here get results.
