Last week was Barney’s music assembly and it followed the usual pattern…
The piano kids were good, the guitar kids were better, the drums kids were cool…
And the violin kids were clearly strangling cats.
It was the sort of noise that sets your teeth on edge.
Now, the music teacher can play every instrument going, and at the end, I asked her if she writes her own music.
“Oh no, I could never do that. I don’t have the skills.”
It made sense.
In the world of music, the primary school teacher is seen as an amateur hour.
The professionals are the ones creating music and getting paid the B-I-G bucks.
They go deep and create something new.
Which is instructive for men like you and I, because the same goes for automation.
See, right now there’s a lot of noise about how to use ChatGPT for saving time on emails, socials, and sales.
And it makes my blood boil.
It’s automation amateur hour.
The equivalent of a 5-year-old playing ‘Twinkle Twinkle’ on a recorder…
Badly.
See automation for the average business is so much more powerful than saving a couple of minutes here and there – it’s about consistency at scale.
… What the loons on LinkedIn are telling you about ChatGPT just scratches the surface…
At scale, automation and AI is about:
… Consistently delegating tasks.
… Consistently contacting customers.
… Consistently delivering output.
Over and over (and over) again – like clockwork.
That’s how you really systemise, save time and scale up.
… B-U-T to harness that power, you’ve got to have someone that can help you go deep.
Someone who understands this stuff inside out and back to front.
Someone like me.
Not to blow my own trumpet but this is my bread and butter. My reputation. My skill set.
Something I’ve been obsessed with for the better part of a decade.
… A skill-set that has been available, on speed dial to the men in my two groups, since day dot.
Because in the end… having someone who knows exactly what you need to do, when you need to do it and how – moves the dial towards 1M+.
It’s how ordinary men with ordinary businesses do extraordinary things like this:
Alex B in Devon who automated 207 manual tasks, saving an excess of 37 hours a week…
Hayden D who automated 2211 tedious man hours, so he didn’t need to hire any more staff as he scaled up…
Chris P in Glasgow who sacked nine employees and replaced all of them with automated systems that have allowed him to hit £53K per month consistently and on his own.
So if you are ready to scale to 1M+ without an army of employees, here’s what to do next.
