Exposed: The ‘more’ myth for 1M+

Picture a small town…

In this town, there are two gyms – Mike’s Muscles and Frank’s Fitness.

Frank’s Fitness is built on being the cheapest around.

Their tagline…

“Why pay more when you can pay less?”

Lured by the price the customers flocked in.

Frank’s was heaving.

Mike’s Muscles never had that rush.

At more than double the price, and with a simple focus on body-building, many were turned off by Mike’s.

His membership grew much more slowly.

One day on the new industrial estate at the end of town, there was a new sign…

‘Discount Dan’s Gym Opening Soon!’

Or in other words…

Frank is fcuked.

Lured by the siren song of lower prices, most of Frank’s customers moved on.

Leaving Frank’s Fitness a ghost town.

On the other hand, Mike continued upward, bit by bit.

Uninterested and unfazed by the lure of Discount Dan’s, his loyal customers stuck around.

Now I get it, this story is simple in nature.

Most of us don’t work in something this clear cut…

Yet the painful truth is, far too many men in this game are in a race bottom.

And here’s the thing with a race to the bottom….

Not only are you living on wafer-thin margins…

(And living with all the stress that comes with that.)

The reality is the business is built on matchsticks.. one matchstick in fact.

You live (and die) by one factor alone.

Yet far too many men in this game choose to play in this dangerous place…

And they are then surprised when 1M+ remains out of reach.

It comes back to One Man Empire Iron Law #6:

Ruthlessly Disregard Bad Money.

It’s why in my experience, more customers (at all costs) is N-O-T the answer to consistent growth – despite what the arseholes online will tell you.

After all, aimlessly throwing “more” onto the fire, rarely fans the flames.

Instead, it’s a one-way ticket to overwhelm, firefighting, and and dwindling profits.

Truth is, if you want to consistently scale you need to get comfortable with disregarding bad money.

That’s why here inside One Man Empire men can and do charge double their competitors.

Bold statement I know yet it is how…

… Matt scaled to 101k a month after getting rid of two employees.
