What I’m about to say is a frustrating truth for men in this game.
It’s a real punch to the nuts….
Working hard means jack shit.
Zilch. Nada. Nowt.
It’s a real bitch, isn’t it?
And don’t get me wrong in the beginning, when you set up on your own – hard work mattered.
Working hard is what got you, me, and every other man who’s had the balls to start a business off the ground.
Long nights.
Grinding weekends.
The sleepless agony of getting “just one more thing” done after another full day.
Grafting got you here.
And I’ll bet you’ve got the war wounds to prove it.
But here’s the kicker…
Graft only gets you so far.
Then, sooner or later, every man running his own business hits the same invisible wall.
The graft doesn’t move the dial.
You push, work, and graft harder than ever.
…..But the damn thing doesn’t budge.
And so you carry on, hoping that doing the same thing over (and over) again will lead to a different result.
Fooling yourself into believing that because you’ve done the right thing… because you’ve worked hard… because you deserve more after all the years you’ve put it… things will magically move in your favour.
And I get it.
The truth is, many men in this game deserve more.
A lot more.
They’ve worked harder and sacrificed more than most people.
(A fact ignored by Kier who treats you with utter contempt.)
Yet, deep down?
We all know the world doesn’t work that way.
It never has.
The reality is, after a certain point, ‘grafter mentality’ holds you back.
It keeps doing the same thing over (and over) again and expecting that different result that is never coming.
And so to break the plateau, you face two roads.
…More employees.
An expensive headache that (in my opinion) is less favourable than a colonoscopy.
…Or automation.
Transform an ordinary business into a machine.
A machine that isn’t reliant on graft to scale and bring in big profits.
And sure, maybe inside your model you need a handful of employees to ‘do the do’ of the business.
Then the machine handles everything else.
Things like writing reports, making sales, managing projects, talking to customers, getting paid, and doing quotes.. to name a few.
This month for example, Paul hit £39K by day 14 of the month. His previous best full month was only at £31K.
And with zero staff, that’s a nice wodge of cash in his pocket every month.
All from automation.
See, the men here are just like you….
Grafters, who before choosing to join my ranks felt like they expected more, deserved more, needed more…
Ordinary men, from ordinary backgrounds, who are now doing extraordinary things.
Engineers, Financial Advisors, Surveyors, Accountants, Builders and the like, using the S.A.S Protocols ™ to push beyond what they thought was possible.
2024 has been our best year ever.
And who knows…
Maybe competitors will get the jump on you and join us in 2025.
(I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of that body blow. )
Remember in this game, when the business is yours…
The buck stops with you.
You make the call.
…Keep grafting and hoping that things magically change.
…Or change your game
