So today I’m going to spill my financial guts.
Now, before we get into it, let me be crystal clear, this is N-O-T financial advice.

Right, let’s get down to where I do not plan to invest in 2025.

Property.
Do I own a home?
Yes. To live in.
Still on the lookout for a commercial property?
Yes. To work in.
Outside of that, it’s a hard ‘no’ from me.
Property is a ballache.
Dealing with tenants’ headaches, crappy agents, and paper-shuffling solicitors?
No thanks.
Especially when there are a bunch of stock investments that give similar or better returns.
Property eats up time like a ravenous teenager, and so the opportunity cost is far too big.
…Especially when I could start a business instead.
Entrepreneurship has a way better upside and growth potential than a market you can’t control.
And the biggest reason I don’t fall in line with the property pretenders?
Any Tom, Dick, Rick, or Prick can do it.
Hell, there are endless TV shows showing ‘em how.
And if anyone can do it?
That’s the biggest red flag going.
My investments always sit where I have a competitive advantage – automation, systems, and AI.
Same goes for you and your skills.
And that is your best investment for 2025…
