The wrong question to scale to 1M+

My house-moving saga continues…  

If you’ve been around for a while you will know it’s been ‘fun.’

Shifty buyers, crazy markets, and a dodgy barn conversion.  

(Shout out to Penman for saving my bacon on that one.) 

But, I like to see things through, so the house was put on the market. 

Again.  

And it sold quickly, well, in theory, it did… 

Anyone stuck in the daft system of house buying in England knows it ain’t happening, till it’s happening. 

Anyway, yesterday I saw a neighbour.

He’s looking to sell his house too.

Needless to say, he wanted the lowdown on the sale. 

The first thing he asked: 

“What are your Estate Agents fees?” 

My response? 

“Wrong question.”

In a market where houses are hanging around like a fart in a lift, his opener is…

“What’s the price?” 

Not how long did it take to sell? 10 days.

Not what are the buyers like? Cash. 

Not what did it sell for? Asking. 

See, no matter the area of life, when you find a unicorn that shyts glitter, you’d be wise to consider….

The speed of their results first, not last. 

Funnily enough, it’s the same question that Sue gets on the email, day in and day out.

“What does One Man Empire cost?” 

(It’s a grand and a half for The Fellowship, about half that for The Alliance btw.)

Yet it’s the wrong first question.

And perhaps a sign that you are looking under the wrong rocks if you want to scale fast. 

Now don’t get me wrong, One Man Empire ain’t cheap. 

Far from it.

It’s designed that way. 

It keeps the crap out and your head in the game.  

But I am saying that your first question should be this: 

“What will it do for me?”

Because if you want to push to 1M+ without an army of employees and fast, then what I will do for you here inside of One Man Empire is more results-driven than anything else you will find. 

Period.
