He’s right about the selling

I always sell at the end of my emails.

As Ben Settle wisely says:

“I’m not running a charity here, Skippy.”

Sure as there is blood in my veins there will be a call to action in the last few lines of these emails.

After all, your number one job in business is to make a profit.

… And in my experience, you can’t profit unless you sell – hard.

Goes without saying you should never apologise for selling.

Never.

However, let me be clear…

Is the goal of these emails to sell to you?

No.

Is the goal to show you how to scale?

Maybe.

Is the goal to get you to consider your business in a new way?

Possibly.

Truth is, the main goal of these emails is to build bonds and share war stories.

War stories about slack staff.

War stories about the mass mediocre majority.

War stories about what it’s like for men like you and I to be so misunderstood and underappreciated.

Info-tainment if you will.

… And then after reading, if you feel like you are a good fit and are ready to apply – there is a call to action for you at the end.

Always.

See, it comes back to my S.A.S Protocols and the fact that you need to simplify down if you want to scale up…

Now, I could be acting like a twat on TwitTok, creating cringey collabs on social, or putting on pitch fests disguised as events.

But I don’t.

It would be complex and complicated as fcuk.

Unlike this email.

Which only needs a keyboard.

Despite being told at school I couldn’t spell and my dyslexia was my downfall…

I enjoy writing.

It keeps things simple – very simple.

And when it comes to money…

Simplicity is always the most effective path to getting more.
