Now, Jim is right, I’m a massive fan of automation and systems – especially for scale.
Yet my response to Jim, and to you too, is this…
It’s just a tool.
Nothing more.
Nothing less.
The same goes for ChatGPT and any other new tool, new fad or new platform.

… But strategy and direction will stand the test of time.
