“Sexiest arsehole. Why no women? Think about inclusion! It’s 2024.”
Ahhhhh, the seething snowflake.
This was a comment left by a man on my LinkedIn the other week.
You know the kind…
I suspect he’s ‘triggered’ because my two groups are for men only.
A certain corner of the internet does not like this.
At all.
Yet…
I operate this way for good reason.
Mostly because I’ve got no idea how to scale a business to £1M+ as a woman.
Never been one.
Never faced those challenges.
What I do have is direct experience in successfully scaling as a man.
I’ve been through the wringer, earned the scars, and felt the fallout of failure that all but cost me my marriage.
This is exactly why I only talk to those I know this will work for.
Some might not like it.
Some might call it discrimination.
Some might call it “sexiest.”
So in the spirit of change, I took his complaint to the very busy head of my ‘diversity & inclusion programme.’
She was firm but fair.
“Charlie, share this with other single-sex organisations and make them aware of the trail of despair they might be leaving by excluding different sexes.”
So, I’ve forwarded his comment to… The Women’s Institute, Ladies Circle and Women In Tech, as a starter.
Now, is this tongue-in-cheek?
Sure, yet the core message remains true…
This environment is for men who want to scale to £1M+ without an army of employees using the S.A.S Protocols™.

I’m not exactly shy about sharing the success of the men here.
