Time to vent.
You know when everything seems to be going well and then, some dikkhead comes round the corner and fcuks it all up?
I’ve been on holiday for a week and come back into a team at war.
On the one side two staff bitching and moaning about how we are horrible expecting them to do their fcuking job.
Another is shyt stirring with an industrial-strength shyt stirring stick.
Two of my managers wanted to sack them on the spot…. which would see us straight into a tribunal or two.
Now, we’ve really, really tried to build a cuddly family-friendly work environment and bent over to help staff.
It’s like doing everything you can for your kids and finding out one day they’ve decided to become an Evertonian.
Turns out Charlie is right. Sack everyone and get good at automation that replaces people rather than supports them.
Pyssed off that my entire morning has been spent trying to figure out how to sort this utter, utter bullshyt.
