Outside of that?
It’s a hard pass.
The opportunity cost of finding property… renting it out… and then dealing with the general public or agents – it’s too big.
Especially when I could start a business instead.
For me, entrepreneurship has a way better upside and a much lower initial outlay.
But the biggest reason I don’t fall in line with the pretenders peddling property?
Any Tom, Dick, Rick, or Prick can do it.
And if anyone can do it?
It’s a big red flag.
So my investments always sit where I have a competitive advantage – automation, systems, selling and AI.
Yours should too.
Consider that investments based on your skills and your specialities.
