Ok, so there’s a new business strategy for 2023.
It’s simple, easy, and almost bulletproof.
In fact this year alone, it will be 100% responsible for consistent growth in every single business that chooses to use it.
Guaranteed.
Not just here in the UK, but overseas too.
Bold statement I know.
So let’s not beat around the bush and get to it.
The strategy?
Well… In the words of Logan Roy and his £18 billion in the bank, it’s this:
“Make more than you spend and you’re King C*nt.”
Hmmmm….
And I hear what you are saying.
“Charlie I get that. It’s Business 101. I’ve been doing this a while. So what? ”
Here’s the thing.
Do you really get it?
Because, I’d urge you to consider the possibility that as time has passed and things have changed, maybe you have strayed from this profit-driven principle…
Maybe it was your focus when you started…
… But maybe since then, you’ve started to lose sight of what’s working, and what’s not.
Maybe not losing sight exactly. Maybe just a sense of losing momentum.
Maybe you thought it was just a temporary slump and not an ongoing disaster. Yet here you still are, weeks, months or even years down the line and the bar’s not moved an inch.
Maybe it’s because you’re now dragged in 1001 directions.
Maybe you tried grinding it out. Maybe more hours. Maybe more work. Maybe more sacrifices.
Maybe you tried getting more customers or different customers or even better customers. But they all expect their pound of page.
Maybe it’s not their expectations exactly, it’s their endless demands for you to drop everything and be at their beck and call – no matter the time, and no matter the day.
So maybe, in the cold hard light of day, you’re actually left making much less than you spend.
… and I get it.
What seems simple in principle, in practice and at scale is a different kettle of fish.

… And they know deep down if they just follow the SAS protocol ™ they will constantly make more than they spend – which in turn makes them King C*nt.
